Do We Take Insurance?
The only insurance we take is Blue Cross Blue Shield. Many other insurance plans offer out of network benefits and will reimburse 60-80% of the fee. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can check with your insurance provider to learn more about your out of network benefits.
Rates/Payment
We are able to provide out of network documentation for clients to seek insurance reimbursement. We only submit claims for Blue Cross. You will need to submit documentation to your insurance directly for reimbursement. We keep credit cards on file to charge fees at each session. We do not take cash or checks. Clients are responsible for all charges not covered by their insurance.

The first two sessions are billed as Diagnostic Evaluations. Missed sessions or cancellations less than 24 hours are billed at the full agreed amount for each session. Professional consultation and training rates are billed by the hour and would be the same rate as above.
