About Us

We are a team of clinicians who help people heal from sexual trauma and toxic relationships. Our mission is to support sexual health across the lifespan with empirically validated education and treatment. We employ diverse therapeutic methods to help people reduce sexual shame and build authentic relationships. We value diversity and welcome BIPOC, LGBTQ and neurodiverse individuals. We are open to working with people of all political affiliations (conservative to liberal).

Michele Waldron

Psy.D, CST, PMH-C

Dr. Waldron (Michele) would like to help you meet your goals and to feel like your behaviors and emotions don’t manage you. Her hope is to help you feel more connected to yourself and the important people in your life. She takes a collaborative and education-focused approach to assist you with meeting your goals and feeling a more authentic sense of self. She is LGBTQA+ informed and an ally. She seeks to advocate for sexual health and empowerment. She utilizes mindfulness, CBT, and DBT approaches with her clients. Her approach is trauma-informed and works with clients’ strengths.

Michele has a doctorate degree (Psy.D) in Clinical Psychology from Antioch New England University. She is an AASECT certified sex therapist and a certified perinatal mental health counselor. She is a licensed psychologist in NH and MA. She has a certification in couples counseling. She is pursuing Gottman Method Couples Therapy training (Level Two completed). She has been sup[porting people around challenges with sexual behaviors for over a decade. Working in the public sector provided her with experience treating those with significant mental illness, various neurodiversities, and legal involvement. She is now passionate about helping people find their authentic sexual selves. 

Outside of work: Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons as well as hiking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, running, and reading fiction.

Susan Ott

Ph.D

Dr. Ott (Susan) is a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Massachusetts and has been providing therapy since 1995. Her approach begins with respecting you, your goals, and your understanding of the issues that are getting in your way. She then uses mindfulness, CBT, and DBT techniques to deepen that understanding. Her objective is to arm your strengths; then work together to build effective steps to meet your challenges and move forward with your goals. She is also an experienced risk evaluator and treater of those with risky sexual and violent behaviors.

Susan is interested in treating people with trauma, sexual dysfunction, couples anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity. She is experienced with conducting risk assessments as well as treating those who have engaged in offending behaviors.

Meeting life’s challenges and building the life that fulfills you often looks hard and seeking support is a courageous beginning. Susan will take the next step and see whether she can help you on your journey. Her approach begins with respecting you, your goals, and your understanding of the issues that are getting in your way. She seeks to gently deepen that understanding will find and help you use your strengths. Susan will work with you to build effective steps for you to meet your challenges and move forward toward your goals.

During her free time, Susan enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Dr. Ott also is fluent in Irish/Gaelic and likes to study, read and speak foreign languages.

Terry Burch

MA, LMHC

Mr. Burch (Terry) is passionate about helping others reach their potential. During his more than 25 years of experience, Terry has been helping people build meaningful relationships, resolving conflict, and empowering people to express themselves in their own authentic way. He will work with you at your pace to determine your goals and most importantly to find a balanced and fulfilling path to reach those goals.

Terry is interested in supporting individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual dysfunction, couples, and helping people address sexual health with aging. He has significant experience working with neurodiversity. He utilizes mindfulness, CBT, and DBT in his practice with clients.

Asking for support or help can be difficult, but please reach out to see if therapy is right for you. Often the first step is the hardest and that one step can lead you to a more balanced and fulfilling path to reaching your goals. I hope to help you feel empowered and self-aware. 

Terry’s hobbies include working on his home and garden. During his free time, he enjoys a good novel; preferably a good non-fiction book about world history.

He is licensed in Massachusetts.

Guy Larsen

Billing Manager

Guy comes to Sexual Health and Healing with years of experience in customer service as an owner and manager in the restaurant business. Between that and his years as a high school basketball coach, Guy has always had a passion for mentoring and helping individuals reach their potential. 

In his spare time, Guy enjoys hiking and being in the mountains of Vermont and New Hampshire.

Katie Bevis

Practice Manager

Katie has been working in the healthcare and customer service industry for over 10 years. She is available for help with scheduling and getting new clients started to the practice. 

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She loves to travel, see new places, read a good book and volunteer at her children’s school.
