Payment
Rates/Payment
We are able to provide out of network documentation for clients to seek insurance reimbursement. You will need to submit documentation to your insurance directly for reimbursement. We keep credit cards on file to charge fees 24 hours prior to each session. We do not take cash or checks for virtual sessions, but will for in person sessions. The first two sessions are diagnostic and charged at $25 more than the 60 minute sessions below.
| Billing code/Description | Doctorate Clinician | Masters Clinician |
|---|---|---|
| 90791 Diagnostic (first 2 sessions) | $275 | $225 |
| 90837 60 min individual session | $250 | $200 |
| 90834 45 min individual session | $200 | $175 |
| 90832 30 min individual session | $175 | $150 |
| 90847 60 min couples session | $250 | $200 |

Monthly Group Discounts
4+ groups= $45 per session
6+ groups= $40 per session
8+ groups = $35 per session
A 10% discount is given if group sessions are paid up front for the month. A great way to hold oneself accountable. These sessions would then be nonrefundable (unless the clinician cancels)
Missed sessions or cancellations less than 48 hours are billed at the full agreed-upon amount for each session. Payment is collected 24 hours prior to sessions.
Professional consultation and training rates are billed by the hour and would be the same rate as above.
Insurance
Do We Take Insurance?
After careful consideration, we decided to no longer accept insurance. It became too much for your small practice. Many insurance plans offer out of network benefits and will reimburse 60-80% of the fee. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can check with your insurance provider to learn more about your out of network benefits. We recommend you ask the following questions:
- Do I have out of network coverage and if so, what is it? This is usually a percentage.
- Do I have a deductible to meet first?
- Is there a maximum amount covered per session?
- What is the process for submitting superbills?
